About the Role

As Senior Service Manager, you will take charge of day-to-day operations and lead a team of skilled HVAC & Electrical technicians. Your key responsibilities include:

• Leading & mentoring a team, ensuring seamless project delivery
• Managing installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC & Electrical systems
• Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and clients to meet budgets & deadlines
• Conducting on-site inspections, quality control, and troubleshooting
• Ensuring compliance with industry regulations & safety standards
• Recruiting, training, and developing technicians & apprentices
• Providing technical expertise and strategic recommendations

What You Bring

• Proven leadership experience as a Service Manager or similar role
• Strong HVAC/Electrical technical background (HVAC preferred)
• Deep understanding of regulations, safety codes & industry best practices
• Strong communication & leadership skills
• Ability to quote & estimate service and project work
• Quick-thinking problem solver with a results-driven mindset
• Relevant trade qualification/certification in HVAC or Electrical
