ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for an experienced and efficient professional to work closely with our project team, clients, councils, consultants and subcontractors to help deliver project tendering and delivery.

Reporting to the Chief Executive you will hold:

• Advanced project coordination experience with the ability to manage several projects concurrently
• Working closely with the Tenders and Estimators teams
• Ability and confidence to work with multi-disciplinary teams including clients, consultants, councils, subcontractors and project teams
• Positive and professional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work with a diverse range of people
• Excellent time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to analyse project coordination tasks and refine processes to optimise and enhance project delivery.
• Excellent computer skills with advanced knowledge of the MS Office suite.
