Key Responsibilities:

• As a Senior Estimator, you will play a crucial role in the growth and success of our team. Your responsibilities include:
• Tender Process Management: Oversee the tender process from design inquiries to successful handovers.
• Strategic Procurement: Procure materials and subcontractor pricing to ensure competitiveness.
• Collaboration: Maintain open communication between operations and estimating teams for seamless workflow.
• Value Engineering: Assist in the development of methodologies and value engineering for increased margins.
• Negotiation: Develop client relationships for negotiated or design-build contracts with higher margins.
• Site Inspections: Arrange and undertake site inspections to ensure accurate estimations. 

 Qualifications We Seek:

• Diploma or similar in Estimating, Quantity Surveying, Construction or similar
• Extensive Estimation Experience: Proven track record in estimation with a focus on delivering quality results.
• Effective Communication: Strong communication skills to liaise with both internal teams and external clients.
• Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate and develop relationships to secure favorable contracts.
