Our South Canterbury client based empowers their team and their community. As a line mechanic you will play a vital role in this through building and maintaining the  infrastructure, ensuring round-the-clock line fault repair services, and promoting a safe and inclusive workplace.

The Role

You will undertake installation and maintenance works on a mix of rural and urban projects. The successful applicants will be required to attain network access competencies.

Job Requirements

• To be successful in this role you will need:
• Absolute commitment to completing projects safely
• EWRB  registration
• Live Line certification up to glove and barrier L4 or L5
• High voltage and overhead work
• Proven experience as a Live Line Mechanic
• A strong customer focus
• Strong communication skills
• Team player
• HT class 4 licence

Tool of trade vehicle is supplied.
