Job: Fixed-Term Dairy Farm Assistant – Waikato

Join a friendly team on a 450-cow dairy farm in the heart of the Waikato region, starting immediately. This short-term role (initially 1 month, may be extended) is ideal for travelers looking for a genuine NZ farming experience while supporting their travels.

✅ Ideal Candidate:

We’re looking for someone with a great attitude and some of the following skills:

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude (must-have!)
• Experience in dairy or general farm work (bonus!)
• Milking experience preferred
• Can ride a motorbike or quad (required for some tasks)
• Can follow instructions and work well in a team (good English a must)
• Valid driver’s licence (international OK) + own vehicle
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
• Willing to work rotating rosters

What’s Included:

• Hourly wage + 8% holiday pay
• Shared accommodation provided
• Guaranteed minimum of 30 hours/week (average of 40 hours/week)
