  • Flexible Media Costs: Additional media costs based on your industry and specific needs.

Cost inc gst: $800 plus media

2. Basic Candidate Vetting

When time or specialised expertise is limited, this service provides targeted recruitment support to give you confidence that your candidates (up to 5) are thoroughly assessed for suitability, including potential visa requirements.

  • Document Collection & Verification:  Gathering relevant documents (e.g. qualifications) and verifying them against the CV and job requirements.

  • Consistency Check: Reviewing and ensuring all provided documents align with the candidate’s CV.

Cost inc gst: $1,000 for up to 5 candidates

3- Interview and Assessment

With this service, our team saves you valuable time, with a thorough, tailored interview designed to ensure only the most promising candidates progress to the next stage based on their skills, career aspirations, and cultural fit.

  • Interview Preparation: Structured questions targeting desired skills, experience, and career goals.
  • Interview Execution: Formal interview with your candidate, either online or onsite where feasible.
  • Employment Hurdle Assessment: Identification of any potential challenges (e.g., start dates, salary expectations, or personal fit).
  • Written Candidate Assessment: A comprehensive, written evaluation of the candidate’s suitability, delivered directly to you.

4. Reference & Background Checks

Tailored to the intricacies of your role and desired candidate checklist, this additional check enhances your understanding of a candidate’s integrity and skills, offering greater peace of mind in your selection.

  • Reference Checks: Two thorough reference checks to validate the candidate’s past performance and fit.

  • Criminal Background Check: Comprehensive background screening to ensure candidate integrity.

5. FRENZ Fit Full Candidate Evaluation

This service is the core of our candidate screening process, giving you total confidence by allowing FRENZ to conduct a complete candidate suitability assessment

  • Document Collection & Verification: Collecting and compiling relevant documents, ensuring alignment with the CV.
  • Interview & Evaluation: In-depth interview to evaluate skills, experience, goals, and characteristics based on agreed criteria.
  • Reference & Criminal Background Checks: Thorough checks to confirm candidate integrity and suitability.

Cost inc gst: $1,800

Overseas Employment Certification (OEC) for Filipino Workers

For employers who want to hire Filipino talent who are based in (departing from) the Philippines, the workers must be granted an OEC.

For that employers need to have a job order verified through Wellington based Migrant Worker Office and approved by the Dept of Migrant Workers.  This approved order then allows employers to hire and have workers undertake the certification process as a Direct Employer or through FRENZ who have the required Philippines partner.  Contact us to talk about specific needs and costs.
