Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptual Design: Develop innovative solutions and promote concepts to prospective clients.
• Bid Strategy Development: Contribute to bid strategy and value engineering for optimal cost solutions.
• Project Management: Manage project engineering aspects within budget and schedule constraints.
• Technical Documentation: Prepare technical reports, drawings, and specifications.
• Quality Assurance: Review engineering work to ensure design integrity and compliance.
• Support & Collaboration: Provide technical support to estimators, construction teams, and project managers.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
• Experience: 2+ years in distribution line design and construction in New Zealand.
• Certifications: Registration as a CPEng is highly desirable.
• Skills: Proficient in auditing, root cause analysis, and risk management.
• Expertise: Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for client relationships and stakeholder management.
• Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic team environment.
